Recognising you have an eating disorder is the first step to doing something about it. Have you just developed bad eating habits which are not healthy for one reason or another? Eating too much, eating too little, eating the wrong food or restricting certain foods.

When we think of eating disorders we automatically think of anorexia and bulimia. These are obviously extreme cases which can develop over some time. There are many reasons for these disorders to develop as everyone is unique your reason will be unique to you. You may know what started it, you may not. When you are ready to make the change will be the perfect time for you.
